Denim & Diamonds 2023 a success!
05/01/2023

The lights have gone down on another Denim & Diamonds — one of the best years yet for Kids to Love!
More than 300 people attended the Saturday evening event at The Jackson Center in Huntsville that raises money for Davidson Farms and the Whitaker Cottage Community. Just as in years past, the event was sold out.
“Denim & Diamonds is an evening of great food, music and friendship with a purpose,” Kids to Love Founder and CEO Lee Marshall said. “The outpouring of support for this event from local businesses and people in our community is truly phenomenal and shows that they believe we can revolutionize foster care and give these girls the hope, healing and home they need to soar and live happy and successful lives.”
Country music star Collin Raye entertained the crowd this year, performing an acoustic set with all of his hits and some new songs.
Money raised at Denim & Diamonds is used to support programs at Davidson Farms and the Whitaker Cottage Community, as well as the girls who live there. Denim & Diamonds is made possible by presenting sponsor, Twickenham Advisors, and the help of other local businesses and individuals.

Davidson Farms, Kids to Love’s home for girls located in Madison County, is a home for girls in foster care that has been a state-licensed home since 2017. Like all of its programs, Kids to Love operates the Farm and Cottage Community with private donations; no state or federal funding is used.
The Whitaker Cottage Community at Davidson Farms is a community for young women who have aged out of the foster care system. Cottage community residents are able to live in the cottages and continue their education or begin a career, all with the help of Kids to Love’s team of mentors and therapists.
