Take an ornament or shop online to make a child’s Christmas
Kids to Love’s Christmas For the Kids program is in full swing, and you can help make a difference by buying an item that’s on the wishlist of a child in foster care.
Kids to Love has partnered with businesses across North Alabama to make it easy for people to help a child this holiday season. Christmas trees with paper ornaments are on display at Jack’s Restaurants, Regions Bank branches, Alabama Pediatric Dental Associates offices and other businesses.
It’s easy to help. Take an ornament, buy the item written on the ornament, and bring it back to the location you took the ornament from or a drop-off center located on our map. Those items will go to the Kids to Love warehouse and then under a Christmas tree for a child in foster care.
You can also help fill a wishlist for a child in foster care when you shop at Bridge Street Town Centre. Christmas trees with ornaments will be at ABC Toys, Athleta, Barnes & Noble, Belk, Kendra Scott and Old Navy. Belk and Barnes & Noble trees are located in their respective children’s departments.
You can also get ornaments at the Kids to Love Bowtique at Bridge Street (opening Nov. 18), located across from Cinemark and Texas de Brazil. While you’re at the Bowtique, have your Christmas shopping wrapped! The money you spend will go to Kids to Love’s programs.
By the time Christmas is over, Kids to Love will have filled wishlists of toys, clothing and more for children in 23 counties.
